Logopolis Now Strikes Back!!

You may have noticed that the Title has changed to 'Logopolis Now' I am thinking of changing it all together but for now it is er.....'NOW'. I have added more colour now its takes longer and I hate Photoshop but let me know what you prefer B/W or Colour?

Also I think its time for a Logo Storyline that will run over several weeks. I'm currently working out the pages and story to begin Posting Every Monday. Thanks for Stopping By!!

Anyone seen those pre-production pictures floating around the net from 'The Spirit' that Frank Millers making into a film. I'm holding judgement until its finished but Oh Boy 'EGO ALert!!'

More Logopolis and Aqua!!

I have to do some catching up on Logopolis, So I'm going to be Posting a New Strip every Second Day for a week. Then I'll begin posting a regular strip every Monday to get back into the Groove of things.Don't Forget That 'Aqua Leung' Has been released and a contains a BRAND-NEW illustrated Pin-Up from yours truly. Aqua Leung Pin-Up Alternative!!

Has it really been 5 weeks?? ahem.... yes well you people have to wake me up from time to time.
I recovered from my bout with the flu, but it really knocked me out for six and I didn't enjoy my trip home as much as I would like. So without further ado lets get back into things by making a fantastic array of announcements.

Firstly is the news I will see my artwork published on a global scale in the form of a Pin-Up for Image Comics' 'Aqua Leung' which is available through Amazon HERE. It is written by my pal Mark Andrew Smith with art by Paul Maybury. Please go out and buy it and perhaps write to Image and say 'Hey, that Matt Pott guy is pretty cool we would like to see more of him!!' hehe.

To Celebrate this Great Occassion I thought I would post the alternative Pin-Up I sent to Mark a few months ago he liked the other one better so that got used instead but sometimes rejections a good thing. It wasn't completed, so theres a few things sure to bug you and well it does me too but theres something I still like about this piece.

Also although this is the first time I have been printed widely , however I have been printed before in Australia and I shall discuss that another time and the drawbacks of having work done for my own country.

Now Secondly my US trip its way up in the clouds right now with the Monkey God, So I'm currently sorting the details out still. The Radio Spot hasnt happened since I cant go on a broadcaster and lie that I am doing something when I dont even know if I can get it to work.
Its still a Work In Progress.

Sick Days Part 3

So its really busy in at the cafe today and for some reason my power supply wont work which has me worried as to how I can charge my laptop up. Hopefully its something simple I can fix it. But anyway enough of that I'm still pretty crook and there seems no end t0 it.

I was in town for most the day been thinking of buying a new digital set-top box because my other one broke a year ago. So that might be the way to go not really looking forward to catching a train back home either since i hate the peak time. Oh Well Like I said not much time today as my laptops almost dead from lack of power should be home on thursday to begin regular 'Logopolis' again.

Sick Days Part 2

Arghh its terrible being ill and in a foreign place. I'm gonna keep this another short one though folks. Four things on the agenda today I picked up Darwyn Cookes The Spirit Vol. 1 Hardcover as well as Steve Purcells SamNMax Surfin' the Highway TradePaperback and also my friends Todd Dezago Perhapanauts Annual which is now under the Image Banner and hopw it gets some much needed publicity it deserves it. Anyway all good books so go check them out!!
